膝后内外侧联合入路治疗胫骨平台后侧双髁骨折30例分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨膝后内外侧联合入路治疗胫骨平台后侧双髁骨折的疗效。方法采用膝后内外侧联合入路治疗胫骨平台后侧双髁骨折30例,观察其疗效。结果 30例患者均获得随访,随访1~18个月,平均(12.4±2.4)个月。均获得解剖复位,内固定未见失效。术后膝关节功能根据HSS评分,优21例,良6例,可2例,差1例,优良率为90%。结论采用后内侧联合前外侧入路治疗胫骨平台后侧双髁骨折,对局部软组织损伤小,手术显露方便,术中能直视下全面了解骨折复位情况,具有创伤少、操作简单及功能恢复良好的特点。
