摘要 [目的]对共沸精馏塔进行技术改造,提高装置运行的稳定性和安全性,为企业创造更大的经济效益。[方法]对共沸精馏塔内件进行改造,提出了更换塔内件材质、把提馏段更换为规整填料结构的新型混合精馏塔结构,并采用ASPEN对萃取精馏过程进行了模拟。[结果]模拟结果表明,ASPEN计算数据与实际操作情况基本吻合,醋酸共沸精馏塔可以改造成筛板与规整填料共存的混合精馏塔。改造后的精馏塔年腐蚀量小,可以满足长周期生产的需要,并可以大大缩短维修周期。。[结论]可以按照模拟情况对实际装置进行改造,数据模拟为过程控制和设计改造提供了基础数据。 [Objective] Azeotropic distillation column was reformed to improve the safety and stability,produce more economic benefit for enterprises.[Method] The column internals need to be modified.A new hybrid column of structured packing as the replacement of the stripping section by changing the column internals was put forward.The distillation process was simulated with ASPEN.[Result] The results showed that after the simulation of the extractive distillation process by using the ASPEN software shows that calculation result is in agreement with the actual operation,based on which,the reconstruction of the actual device can be put into practice.Data simulation laid a solid foundation for the process control and design of reconstruction.The refitted device of less corrosion meets the demand of long-term production.[Conclusion] The actual device could be reformed according to simulation situation,data simulation provides basic data for process control and design reformation.
