摘要
目的:研究与分析腹腔镜治疗高龄胆结石患者的疗效以及围手术期的护理。方法:选择80例胆结石患者研究,将其按照年龄的不同分成两组,老年组患者20例,非老年组60例,两组均采用腹腔镜治疗,其中老年组进行护理干预。对比两组疗效。结果:两组均手术成功,无死亡病例。非老年组术后并发症、术中血压大幅波动、术中心律失常、手术中转率、手术时间等指标优于老年组,但老年组经积极护理干预,心律失常及血压波动得到有效控制,术后并发症均恢复,两组恢复时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:只要对手术的适应证以及手术的时机进行正确的把握,注意对患者进行围手术期的护理,腹腔镜治疗高龄胆结石同样能够取得微创、恢复快、安全以及痛苦小等治疗效果。
Objective ： To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic for aged patients with gallstone and the nursing in perioperative period.Methods ： A total of 80 patients with gallstone patients research, according to the age of the different divided into two groups and old patients 20 cases, not old 60 cases, two groups of all use laparoscopic treatment, among them the elderly group for nursing intervention.Comparing the two groups curative effect.Results ： Two groups of all the operation was successful, no deaths.The old postoperative complications, intraoperative blood pressure fluctuations, intraoperative cardiac arrhythmia, operation transfer rate, operation time and so on indexes were superior to the old, but the old did positive nursing intervention, arrhythmia and blood pressure fluctuation was effectively controlled, the postoperative complications were restored, two groups of recovery time comparison difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion ： As long as choosing the indications and timing of operation correctly, pay more attention to the nursing in perioperative period, the laparoscopic for aged patients with gallstone can minimally invasive, safety and promoting the recovery.
