摘要
目的探讨液基夹层杯技术在结核杆菌检测中的应用价值。方法对224份痰标本同时采用液基夹层杯集菌法与直接涂片染色法检测结核杆菌,比较两种方法的检出率。结果液基夹层杯法检测抗酸杆菌阳性率为24.1%,明显高于直接涂片染色9.8%(χ2=17.47,P<0.05);夹层杯法检测敏感性47.8%,明显高于直接涂片染色17.5%(χ2=20.49,P<0.05)。结论液基夹层杯集菌法省时、阳性率高,敏感性高,生物安全,有利于结核病人及时诊断,有更好的临床应用价值,便于进行质量控制,是一种很有推行价值的检测方法。
Objective To explore the application value of the liquid- based interlayer vessel technique in the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Methods Totally, 224 sputum samples were detected for Mycobacterium tuberculosis sinmha- neously by the liquid - based interlayer vessel technique and direct - smear staining method. The positive rates and sensitivities of the two methods were compared. Results The positive rate of Mycobacterium tuberculosis by the liquid based interlayer vessel technique was significantly higher than that by the direct - smear staining method （24.1% vs 9.8% , X^2 - 17.47, P〈 0.05）, and so was the sensitivity （47.8% vs 19.5% ,X^2= -20.49,P〈0.05） . Conclusions The liquid based interlayer vessel technique is time- saving and bio -safe. It has higher positive rate and sensitivity. It is helpful for the timely diagncxsis of tuberculosis. Its quality control is easy. It has better application value and merits being popularized.
