摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定金银花中芳樟醇乙酯的方法。金银花通过水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油。采样后以高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱:Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(65:35,V/V);流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:室温;检测波长:220nm。在10.4—104.0μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率为100.7%,RSD=1.58%(n=9)。该方法简便、快速、准确,能有效控制金银花中芳樟醇乙酸酯的含量。
The method for determination linalool acetate in Flos lonicera was established by HPLC.The volatile oil of Flos lonicera was extracted by steam distillation,then determined by HPLC, and Hypersil ODS2 C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm) column was used with methanol-water (65:35V/V) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL ? min^(-1),and column temperature of room temperature,detection wavelength of 220nm.The linear range of linalool acetate was 10.4—104.0μg ? mL^(-1)(r=0.9995).The average recovery was 100.7%with RSD of 1.58%(n= 9).The proposed method is simple,rapid and accurate,that can be used to effectively control the content of linalool acetate in Flos lonicera.
