摘要 加拿大范莎学院"学生成功服务"理念的践行就是在学生工作中确立以学生为主体的育人思想,尊重学生的选择权、决策权和发展权,促进学生的全面发展。其成功践行归因于思想指引、制度保障、执行系统、绩效评价和集中领导。我国高校"以学生为本"理念的彻底落实也必须有健全的服务制度、完备的服务机构、专业的工作队伍和统一的领导阶层,保证服务理念在理论层面和实践层面具有可持续性。 Practicing the concept of "student success support" in Fanshawe college of Canada means that in the student work, it is necessary to establish the student-oriented education thought, respect students' rights in option, decision-making and development and promote students' integrated development. The success of launching the theory attributes to its thinking guidelines, institutional guarantee, executive system, performance evaluation and centralized leadership. Therefore, the thorough implementation of the student-oriented concept in Chinese colleges depends on the consummate service institutions, perfect service organizations, specialization team work and uniform leadership, which guarantee concept's continual operability both at the level of theory and practice.
