摘要
动作技能学习历来是心理学所关注的重要课题。费茨和波斯纳将动作技能的形成分为认知、联系形成、自动化三个阶段,实训指导教师在教学过程中,应根据动作技能形成过程中不同阶段的不同特点,将职业教育的实训课按照讲解与示范、反馈与指导、验收与总结三个环节进行设置,这三个环节环环相扣,层层深入,形成一个完整的教学过程。
The research on motor skills learning is a focus in psychology over a long time. Fitts and Posner have divided the formation of the motor skills into three stages: discovery stage, contact and formation stage, and automated stage. In the teaching process, the training instructors should divide the vocational education training courses into three parts: explanation and demonstration, feedback and guidance, acceptance and summary, based on the different c.haracteristics of the different stages in the formation process of motor skills, and these three parts are closely interlinked and layer upon layer to form a complete teaching process.
