摘要
以引进的三倍体毛白杨BM27为试材,介绍了外植体的采集、消毒、分化、生根培养、移栽等一系列三倍体毛白杨组织培养繁殖技术。结果认为,三倍体毛白杨组培,最佳增殖配方为:MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L,最佳生根配方为:1/2MS+IBA 1.0 mg/L。
Rapid propagation techniques of explant collection,sterilization, differentiation, rooting culture were introduced with the introduced triploid Populus tomentosa BM27 as material. Results showed that the best tissue treatment was MS ＋ 0. 5 mg/L 6-BA ＋ 1.0 mg/L NAA and the best rooting treatment formula was 1/2 MS ＋ 1.0 mg/L IBA.
