摘要
随着社会对复合型人才需求的日趋增加,在"宽口径、厚基础、高素质"培养模式下,面对现代大学生普遍存在着被动学习(即缺乏学习主动性,主动动手和动脑的意识淡薄)和应试学习(即死记硬背,应付考试,分析、归纳和解决问题的能力弱化)等问题,如何完成专业教学任务,提高教学质量是一个棘手的问题.实践教学中,根据农业资源与环境专业的特点、现代大学生学习上存在的问题以及该专业性质和培养任务,通过提高教师的整体素质、优化教学内容、丰富教学方法、更新教学手段、加强实践环节、改革考核机制等措施以提高教学质量.发挥学科特色优势,加快专业建设步伐,最终实现培养"具有良好素质,知识面较宽,适应能力较强"新型人才的目标.
with the increase of social demand of talents, under ＂broad caliber, thick foundation, the high quality＂ training mode, facing problems such as modern college students＇ passive learning （that is, the lack of learning initiative, the initiative of the hand and the brain coordination consciousness） and takes an exam learning （that is, the ability of analyseing and solving problem are becoming weak）, it is becoming a difficult problem about how to complete professional teaching tasks, improve teaching quality. In Practical teaching, we based the characteristics of ag- ricuhural resources and environment, the main problems of modern college students facing, the specialty＇s nature and training tasks to improve the teaching quality through improving teachers＇ quality, optimize the teaching content, improve teaching method, update teaching method, strengthen practical ability and other measures. We develop the characteristics of subjects, speed up the professional construction pace, and eventually to achieve the goal ＂with good quality, wider knowledge, strong adaptability to the society＂ the goal of new talent.
