摘要
采用变步长的四阶Runge-Kutta法对HR神经元模型进行了数值模拟,通过调节模型中有生理意义的参数得到了神经元放电的一系列分岔,从而揭示了在不同的参数配置下,HR神经元有不同的放电模式,并进一步验证了HR神经元模型能较好的反映现实生活中神经元及其它可兴奋性细胞的活动规律.
The numerical simulation of HR neurons model is made by employing variable step size Runge-Kutta method.By adjusting parameters of the physiological significance in this model,we get several bifurcation of neuron discharge.Consequently,it reveals HR neurons have different discharge patterns under different parameters.It is further verified that HR neurons model can better reflect activity rhythm on neurons and other excitability cells in real life.
