真空烧结粉末冶金法制作的钛合金试件的显微结构观察

摘要 目的 研究真空烧结粉末冶金制作的钛合金试件的显微结构。方法 采用机械模压成形和真空电阻炉烧结的粉末冶金方法制作钛合金试件 ,观察其微观结构。结果 镀铜、镀锡组的烧结体内孔隙数量少于未镀铜镀锡组 ,孔隙也较小。结论 对钛粉进行表面化学镀铜镀锡处理是改善钛粉的压制性能、烧结性能 。 Objective To study the microstructures of titanium alloys sample with vacuum sintered powder metallurgy. Methods Titanium based metal powder mixtures were compacted into green compacts in the double action press and sintered at 1000℃ for 15 min in a vacuum furnace at 0.025Pa. Then the microstructures of sintered compacts were observed .Results The porosity of sintered bodies sintered by titanium powder plated with copper and tin was less than that of sintered bodies without plating. Conclusion Titanium powder plated with copper and tin is compacted and sintered easily.
