摘要
目的:比较必兰与利多卡因浸润麻醉在上颌牙开髓术中疗效。方法:选取210名上颌牙牙髓炎患者,平分为两组分别进行必兰和2%利多卡因浸润麻醉,5min后使用高速涡轮机开髓,比较两组患者感觉。结果:实验组显效率高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:使用必兰进行上颌牙浸润麻醉效果良好,值得推广。
Objective： To compare the clinical anesthetic efficacy of articaine infiltration and lidocaine infiltration for access preparation in upper jaw.Methods： 210 patients with upper jaw pulpitis were given local anesthesia with articaine（experiment group）or lidocaine（control）,and then finished the access preparation after 5 minutes.The effective proportion（EP） was compared.Results： The EP of experimental group was higher than the control group.Conclusion： The infiltration anesthesia with articaine proves to be a reliable method for access preparation in upper jaw.
