基于PLC与组态软件的旋转开关检测系统设计

摘要 针对目前国内低压电器行业普遍采用手工检测使用寿命的现象,设计了一套旋转开关寿命自动检测操作机构.其控制系统采用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为控制中心,触摸屏为人机界面,通过对组态软件的二次开发,对开关寿命智能检测操作机构进行实时监控和集中管理,实现了操作机构对低压电器的全自动检测.试验运行结果表明,该系统实现了操作机构参数设置、实时动画显示和记录报警信息等功能. In view of the phenomenon that manual testing was generally used to life detection in low-voltage apparatus industry in our country, a set of rotary switch life automatic detection operating mechanism was designed. PLC control center and human computer interface touch screen were used to the controlling system, real-time monitoring and concentrated management of intelligent detection mechanism for rotary switch life were realized through the secondary development of configuration software, and automatic detection for low-voltage apparatus was realized. The experiment shows that the system has functions of operator parameters setting,real- time animation display,recording alarm information.
