摘要
介绍了基于LPC2378微控制器的pH水质分析仪的研制,进行了硬件设计和软件设计,硬件设计包括总体方案、信号采集、继电器输出、4~20 mA模拟量输出等电路,软件设计详细讨论了软件控制策略和滤波、参数标定、测量值计算等数据处理方法。该分析仪样机达到如下技术指标:pH值测量范围0~14,分辨率0.01,精度±0.05,检测速度500ms.仪器使用方便,运行可靠、稳定,具有广泛的应用价值。
Abstract :The research and design of the pH water quality analyzer based on LPC2378 microcontroller was introduced, inclu- ding the design of hardware and software. The hardware design included the whole scheme, the signal acquisition, the relay output and the analog output circuit from 4 mA to 20 mA, etc. In the software design, the control strategy and the filter, the parameter cali- bration, the calculation of measurement value were discussed in detail. The prototype of this analyzer has achieved the flowing tech- nical index, pH value full scale from 0 to 14, resolution 0. 01, accuracy ± 0. 05, response speed 500 millisecond. It proves that the analyzer runs reliably and can be used conveniently and worth to be applied widely.
