摘要
开展城市土地集约利用评价的目的是立足于城市土地管理的需要,为政府制定集约利用政策和科学用地管理提供参考依据及技术支持,促进城市土地的合理开发和可持续利用。文章从分析城市土地集约利用的概念内涵入手,在简要阐述城市土地集约利用评价内容、体系和成果的基础上,详尽探讨了城市土地集约利用评价成果预期在土地管理过程中的主要应用方向。
Based on the need of urban land management, the purpose of conducting intensive use evaluation of urban land is to provide ref- erence basis and technical support for government to formulating intensive use policy and managing land scientifically, and promote the ra- tional development and sustainable utilization of urban land. This paper analyzes the concept and connotation of intensive use of urban land and describes its evaluation content, system and results briefly. On this basis, this paper discusses in detail the main application direction of evaluation resuhs of urban land intensive use expeetedly in the process of land management.
