摘要
主要对乙酸脱除润滑油基础油中碱性氮化物进行了剂油比、抽提温度、抽提时间等条件考察。在抽提后的乙酸中加入杂多酸可使乙酸中的碱氮分离出来 ,乙酸可以循环使用。
The extraction conditions for removal of basic nitrogen compounds from lube base oil using acetic acid as extractant were investigated,including solvent /oil ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time.Adding heteropolyacid to extracted acetic acid can separated the basic nitrogen compounds from acetic acid.So acetic acid can be recycled as extractant.
