摘要
近年来,科技型中小企业快速发展,有效推动了经济社会平稳而较快的发展。能否获得充裕的资金、能否将所筹集的资金发挥最大效用,对科技型企业的持续经营和健康发展至关重要,但我国科技型中小企业在融资中普遍存在融资渠道单一、资本成本过高、融资风险大、信息不对称等问题,融资难、融资效率低下已经成为制约科技型中小企业发展的主要瓶颈。有鉴于此,我国应积极推进科技金融创新、完善多层次的资本市场并加强企业自身建设,切实提高科技型中小企业的融资效率。
In recent years, the rapid development of scientific Small and Medium Enterprises （ SMEs} has ef- fectively promoted the developmen of economic and social. The availability of a sufficient source of capital and the maximum effect of the capital are vital for scientific SMEs＇management and development, but because of the single financing channel, high financing cost, high financing risk and information asymmetry, the shortage of capital and the financing efficiency have become the bottle neck in their development. So we should improve the financing efficiency of scientific SMEs through promoting the innovation of financing and science, perfecting the multi - level capital market, and strengthening the construction of ente^33rises themselves.
