摘要
以小浪底水库设计条件下正常运用期的库容条件、水位运用条件、防凌运用条件为依据,参考相关研究成果,结合黄河下游凌汛形势和特点,分析研究了小浪底水库防凌调度调控流量指标,进行了小浪底、三门峡水库的防凌联合调度计算,并分析了11月—翌年2月花园口断面的来水过程。结果表明:在正常调度情况下,三门峡和小浪底水库的35亿m3防凌库容能够满足下游防凌要求;三门峡、小浪底水库联合调度后,花园口断面防凌期的来水量大幅度减小,流量变化稳定,减小了下游因流量突变发生武开河的几率;对于特枯年份,采用更小流量的防凌调控方案,防凌安全也是可以保证的,并且对于保障黄河下游春灌用水具有重要作用。
According to the storage condition, water level using condition and ice prevention applying condition of Xiaolangdi Reservoir in the nor- mal using period of design condition, we analyzed the ice run prevention control flow index of Xiaolangdi Reservoir and calculated the joint regula- tion of Xiaolangdi and Sanmenxia reservoirs in reference to related research results and ice run situation and characteristics of the lower Yellow Riv- er. What' s more, we analyzed the water process of Huayuankou section from Nuvember to February next year. The results show that the storage ca- pacity for ice-jam flood prevention with 3.5 billion m3 of both of Sanmenxia and Xiaolangdi reservoirs is able to satisfy the ice prevention require- ment in the downstream in normal consistency cases; after the joint scheduling of Sanmenxia and Xiaolangdi reservoirs, the river discharge of Hua- yaankou section at ice prevention stage greatly reduced, and the flow change is stable. As a result, the chance of mutagenesis because of a tumultu- ous breakup of ice in downstream reduced ; for years that inflow is small, ice prevention safety can Mso be guaranteed even we adopt smaller flow of the ice flow control scheme, and it plays an important role in safeguarding the spring irrigation water in the lower Yellow River.
