摘要
目的探讨ICU清醒患者社会支持状态对其情绪状态的影响。方法选取2010年8月～2012年5月的63例ICU清醒患者患者为研究对象,将其根据社会支持程度评定量表分为A组(高社会支持组)、B组(一般社会支持组)和C组(低社会支持组)每组各21例,后将三组患者的POMS评分和HAMA、HAMD评分进行比较。结果 A组的POMS量表各指标评分均优于B组及C组,HAMA量表和HAMD量表≤7分比例均高于B组及C组,而B组则优于C组,P均<0.05,有显著性差异。结论 ICU清醒患者社会支持状态对其情绪状态的影响较大,应重视对患者的社会支持状况的干预。
Objective To study the itffluence of social support status of awake patients in departme,lt of ICU for the emo- tional state. Methods 63 awake patients in department of ICU from August 2010 to May 2012 were selected as research object, and they were divided into group A （high social support group）, group B （general social support group）and group C （low social sup- port group）with 21 eases in each group according to the social support scale, then tile POMS score and HAMA, HAM D score of three groups were eompared. Results The POMS seore indexes of group A were all better than those of group B and group C, ≤7 points rate of HAMA and HAMD score were all higher than those of group B and group C, and those of group B wc,＇e all better than those of group C,all P 〈0. 05,there were all signifieant differences. Conclusion The influenee of social support status of awake patients in department of ICU for tile emotional state is bigger,and the intervention for the social support status should be atlention to.
