摘要
目的探讨全髋关节置换术在高龄老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取2007年3月～2011年9月于本院进行全髋关节置换术的36例高龄患者为观察组,同期采用半髋关节置换术进行治疗的36例高龄患者为对照组,后将两组患者的中不同年龄段者Harris评分优良率及出血量、住院时间、疼痛率、并发症发生率进行比较。结果观察组不同年龄段者的Harris评分优良率均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,疼痛率低于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,但其出血量却大于对照组,P均<0.05。结论全髋关节置换术在高龄老年患者中的应用效果明显优于半髋关节置换术,并发症发生率也更低。
Objective To study tile application effect of total hip replacement in senile patients. Methods 36 senile pa- tients who were treated with total hip replacement in our hospital from March 2007 to September 2011 were selected as observation group,and 36 senile patients who were treated with haft hip replacement at the same time were selected as control group,then the excellent and good rate of Harris score at different ages,blood loss,hospitalization time,pain rate,incidence of complicatio,~s of two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of observation group＇s Harris score at different ages were all higher than those of control group, hospitalization time was shorter than that ＇of cont,＇ol group, pain rate was lower than that of conltrol group,incidence of complications was lower than that of control group, but the blood loss was more lhan that of control grotq）, all P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion The application effect of total hip replacement in senile patients is obviously better dmn that of half hip re- placement, the incidence of complications is lower.
