摘要
目的探讨沙美特罗/布地奈德联合治疗哮喘的作用。方法 74例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组予常规治疗基础加用布地奈德/沙美特罗(舒利迭)干粉剂吸入50μg/250μg吸入,2次/d,对照组在常规治疗基础上加布地奈德组吸入布地奈德200μg/次吸入治疗,2次/d。两组疗程均为15d。并采用哮喘症状评分和肺功能及治疗后3个月进行ACT评分。结果两组在哮喘症状评分、肺功能和ACT评分上均有改善,而治疗组较对照组改善更明显(P<0.01)。结论沙美特罗/布地奈德联合治疗对哮喘具有较好的控制效果,而且疗效好、经济和方便,符合在临床应用。
Objective To dective salmeteroL/Budesonide combination in the treatment of astimla. Methods 74 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group with conventional therapy plus Budesonide/salmet- erol （Seretide） in dry powder inhalation of 50μg/250μg inhalation twice a day, control group on the basis of conventional therapy plus inhaled Budesonide group of 200μg/time aerosol inhalation twice daily. Were treated for 15 days. And asthma symptom scores and lung function and 3 months after treatment, ACT score. Results The two groups in the asthma symptom score. ACT score, on both lung function and improvement in the treatment group improved more significantly than the control g,＇oup（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Discussion：The salmeterol/Budesonide combination therapy on asthma control with good results, and good effi- cacy, convenience and economy, consistent with the clinical application.
