摘要
在检定周期内电能表标准装置可能会因为某种原因而失准。以三相电能表标准装置为例,通过采用控制图对它进行期间核查,分析核查结果,并由此判断它的实际状态和运行情况,实现对三相电能表标准装置的监控,保证电能表量值传递的准确性。
The measurement error may occur when uses watt-hour meter calibration device. Taking three-phase watt-hour meter as an example, the paper can'ies out its period checking by control chart, judges its actual state and running condition based on checking result, thus realizing the monitoring of the three-phase electric energy meter and obtaining accurate transfer value for the watt-hour meter .
