摘要
大学生就业是一个世界难题,各国政府都予以高度重视,并采取一些积极措施予以促进。纵观各国促进大学生就业的措施中,体现出了一些共同的策略:立法促进,政策扶持;重视就业指导和服务;重视学生实践经验的培养;鼓励自主创业以促进就业。国外的经验,对促进我国大学生就业有很强的启示和借鉴意义。
The difficult employment of college students is a world problem. The government of each country attaches much importance to it and takes some active measures to promote it. The measures various countries adopted embody some common strategy ： promotion of the legislation, policy aid, attention to employment guidance and service, focus on students＇ practical experience and encouragement of self-employed entrepreneurship. The experience of foreign countries has very strong enlightenment and affords lessons to promote the employment of university students in China.
