摘要
长江天生港水道上段处于自然状态,未开辟航道,近年来,随着天生港水道上段开发的不断深入,该水域沉船、触碰大桥事故频发,给人民生命财产安全构成较大威胁,已成为影响天生港水道上段通航安全和岸线开发的重要因素。文中对近年来天生港水道上段水上交通事故进行了全面统计,深入分析了该水域事故多发的原因,并提出了预防预控的对策。
The upper section of Tianshenggang Channel is in a natural state and not open to vessels . With the increasing development of the upper section of Tianshenggang Channel in these years,the accidents of vessel＇s sinking and colliding with the bridge happen frequently, pose a big threat to the safety of people and property, and have become an important factor of influencing the traffic safety and shoreline development of the upper section of Tianshenggang Channel.The paper first gives a complete statistics of the water traffic accidents in the upper section of Tianshenggang Channel,and analyzes the reasons of accidents in the water area,and poses some suggestions for preventing and controlling the accidents.
