摘要
近年来,长江南通段半潜船作业频次呈现出递增趋势。半潜船作业技术含量高,影响作业安全的因素较多,如环境因素、人为因素等,作业过程中的风险性较大。文中将结合长江南通段辖区特点,对半潜船作业中的风险进行分析。
In recent years, the semi-submersible vessels operating frequency in Nantong Section Water Area of Yangtze River is showing an increasing trend. The semi-submersible vessels operating have high Technical content, many factors affect the safety of operations, such as environmental factors, human factors, during the operation, the risk is greater. This article will combine the characteristics of the Nantong Section Water Area of Yangtze River to analysis of the risk in the semi-submersible vessels operations.
