摘要
低碳经济背景下,武汉新港作为城市航运中心和物流中心职能最主要的载体既承受着长江经济带港口城市的压力,又面临着内部资源整合、港区建设、航运服务业发展等问题,处在低碳软环境建设的关键时期。此时,应通过建设综合性的节庆活动、网络媒体以及专业性文化交流与学术平台;建立责任机构和规范制度;搭建企业、行业、城市低碳交流平台;塑造"低碳"、"诚信"、"创新"、"人文"价值理念等方式培育和发展武汉低碳航运文化。
As the main carrier of the urban shipping center and physical distribution centre, Wuhan's new port is in the critical period of the development of how-carbon soft environment, which not only meets the challenge from Ports of the Yangtze River region but also the problems of the integration of inside resources, the construction of port area, the development of shipping service industry. So shipping Low-carbon culture is Put on the agenda, including shaping the brand influence, innovation of organizational culture opportunities, creating core value proposition, programming enterprises' strategic measures.
