摘要
为了提高加速度计转换电路的转换精度,减小非线性和对称性误差,减小测量误差,提出了一种双频加速度计转换电路设计方案。在I/F+AD数字处理的电路设计的基础上,以一种频率I/F转换,另一种频率AD采样,通过逻辑控制和数字处理,得到较高的转换精度。同原电路相比,提高了转换分辨率和动态转换特性。经试验验证,精度可以达到1.0E-05g。
A double- frequency controlled circuit is presented in this paper. This circuit is based on I/F conversion circuit. However, a chip of AD converter is added. Double frequencies are used in this circuit, one for I/F conversion circuit and the other for AD converter. The design can improve the resolution and dynamic performance of conversion circuit, re- duce measurement error and decrease non - linear error and symmetry error. An experiment is followed. The experiment re- suits show that the measurement precision could be up to 1.0×10^-5g.
