摘要
丰满水电站建设、运行历史悠久，被誉为“中国水电之母”，经历了多次历史变迁后已形成了一座以发电为主，兼有防洪、灌溉、城市供水和环境保护等任务，同时兼有水产养殖和旅游等综合利用效益的综合性水电工程，作为我国最早建成的大型流域控制性水电工程，丰满水电站对松花江流域乃至整个东北地区的经济、社会、环境的可持续发展具有极其重要意义。本文初步探讨了丰满水电站环境影响后评价研究的目的、意义及目标，对其工作思路展开了一定论述，并提出了丰满水电站可持续发展目标，希望能为相似体系河流水电开发和流域环境保护问题研究提供借鉴。
Fengman hydropower station called as the mother of Chinese hydropower, has been constructed and put into operation for a long time and through many historical change, becomes a comprehensive hydropower project which is major in power generation with flood prevention, irrigation, water supply and environmental protection, as well as aquaculture and tourism. As the earliest large - scale basin hydropower project constructed in China, Fengman hydropower station is of great importance for the sustainable economic, social and environmental development in the basin of Songhuajiang river and the whole northeast area. The paper discusses the purpose, significance, objective of post assessment study on the environmental impact of Fengman hydropower station and describes the working idea. And it also puts forward the sustainable development goal of Fengman hydropower station and hopes offering references for the hydropower development of similar rivers and the environmental protection of the basin.
