摘要
针对水电工程建设实际，结合对新颁布、自2011年3月1日起施行的水土保持法的理解，提出了水电建设项目在规划、水土保持设计、移民安置、工程施工、水土保持设施竣工验收等方面的看法和建议。
Based on the construction of hydropower projects, and the understanding on the new soil and water con- servation regulations issued and implanted since March 1,2011, some views and suggestions on water conservation design, relocation settlement, project construction and acceptance of soil and facilities of completed project in hydropower construction projects are put forward planning, soil and water conservation.
