摘要
定期、定点采集邕江网箱养殖密集区上游(称进水口)及下游(称出水口)周年水样,定性、定量分析浮游植物、浮游动物群落结构及其动态变化。结果显示,与进水口相比,出水口浮游植物门、属、密度和生物量的增量分别为1门、11属、1.42×105ind/L和0.286 mg/L,增幅分别为14.29%、26.19%、24.23%和20.27%;浮游动物属、密度和生物量的增量分别为4属、25.40 ind/L和0.382 mg/L,增幅分别为14.29%、25.97%和38.12%。结果表明河道密集网箱养殖对浮游生物具有一定的加成作用。
By collecting the water samples in specified point of upstream (inlet) and downstream (outlet) in the Yongjiang River densely cage culture area periodically, the dynamic change of phytoplankton and zooplankton were studied qualitatively and quantitatively. The species increment of phytoplankton of the outlet were 1 in phylum and 11 in genus than the inlet, corresponding to the growth of 14.29% and 26.19%, individually. The increment of phytoplankton in density and biomass were 1.42 xl05 ind/L and 0.286 rag/L, corresponding to the growth of 24.23% and 20.27%, respectively. The increment of zooplankter of the outlet in genus, density and biomass were 4, 25.40 ind/L and 0.382 mg/L than the inlet, corresponding to the growth of 14.29%, 25.97% and 38.12%, respectively. This indicated that the intensive cage culture of the river would add up to the reproduction of plankton.
