2个抗枯萎病香蕉新品种的引种试验及应用评价 被引量:5

摘要 建立试验点,引进香蕉系列的农科1号和粉蕉系列的粉杂1号2个抗枯萎病新品种,分别选择巴西蕉和广粉1号粉蕉作对照,在无枯萎病发病史田块、前茬巴西蕉枯萎病发病率5%~10%的发病较轻田块、前茬巴西蕉枯萎病发病率30%1.2上的重病田块3种条件下种植试验。结果显示,农科1号在3种种植条件下均表现比对照种巴西蕉增产,枯萎病发病率最多比巴西蕉降低59.7个百分点。粉杂1号虽然单株产量较低,在无枯萎病发病史田块产量远不及广粉1号,但在枯萎病发病田块。单位面积产量较广粉1号增产或持平,枯萎病发病率最多比广粉l号降低62.7个百分点。2个品种均适合在枯萎病发病区种植.部分种性的不足可通过栽培调控措施弥补. 2 new cultivars, banana series of Nongke No.1 and dwarf banana series of Fenza No.l resistant to Fusarium wilt were introduced.Baxi banana and Guangfen No.1 dwarf banana were chose for comparison respectively. Planting experiments were conducted under three different conditions, the absence of Fusarium wilt history field,the lighter incidence field with former stubble 5%-10% morbidity of Fusarium wilt and serious illness field with former stubble incidence rate more than 30%.The results showed that Nongke No. 1 was more productive than the contrast under all the three planting conditions, with Fusarium wilt disease morbidity reduced by 59.7% than Baxi banana at most. Yield per plant of Fenza No.1 was low, especially under the condition free of Fusarium wilt history.But in Fusarium wilt history field, it showed higer or the same production per unit area,with blight morbidity reduced by 62.7% than Guangfen No.1 at most. Two cultivars are both suitable for planting in Fusarium wilt area.And some deficiencies can made up through the cultivation regulation measures.
