摘要
应用计算电磁学及电磁仿真技术确定了高强磁极组参数和辅助反斥磁极组参数,并在此基础上对HMDC高强磁选机进行了设计。阐述了HMDC高强磁选机的工作原理和技术特点及其在选煤厂加重质回收和净化系统的应用情况。实践表明,该磁选机磁性物回收水平高、应用前景广阔。
Using computational electromagnetic and electromagnetic simulation technology, determined the parameters of high - strength magnetic pole group and parameters of auxiliary retorted magnetic pole group, and on which basis designed high - strength magnetic separator HMDC. The paper also described the working principle, technical features and actual application of the high - strength magnetic separator HMDC in heavy medium recovery system and purification system in coal preparation plant. The applica- tion practice indicates that high -strength magnetic separator HMDC has high magnetic material recovery level and wide application prospect.
