黄麻链霉菌NF0919菌株对水稻纹枯病的生防活性 被引量:9

摘要 为研发新的水稻纹枯病生防药剂,通过室内离体毒力和活体生防活性测定以及田间试验,分析了黄麻链霉菌(Streptomyces corchorusii)NF0919菌株发酵液粗提取物(CE)对水稻纹枯病菌(Thanatephorus cucumeris)的生防活性。结果表明,CE对水稻纹枯病菌的室内抑制毒力较强,其抑制中浓度(EC50)值为0.327 7 mg/L,相比之下,对照抗菌素(井冈霉素)对水稻纹枯病菌的室内抑制毒力较低,其EC50值达到3.078 7 mg/L;CE对水稻纹枯病的保护作用强于井冈霉素,但无抗扩展作用;CE在高施用浓度(256 mg/L)下与相同浓度的井冈霉素田间防治效果相当(均达90%以上);受CE抑制的水稻纹枯病菌菌丝变成畸形并失去侵染水稻植株的能力。可见,CE对水稻纹枯病菌的室内毒力强,田间防治效果与井冈霉素相当。 To develop new biological control agents,the biocontrol activity of fermented crude extract(CE) of Streptomyces corchorusii strain NF0919 against rice sheath blight were determined.The results revealed that the indoor toxicity of CE to T.cucumeris was stronger than that of Jinggangmycin,and the effective concentrations for 50% inhibition to T.cucumeris mycelial growth(EC50) of CE and Jinggangmycin were 0.327 7 mg/L and 3.078 7 mg/L,respectively.The protective effect of CE on rice to act against rice sheath blight was greater than that of Jinggangmycin.But CE did not inhibit the mycelial expansion.High concentration(256 mg/L) of CE exerted the same field control efficacy against rice sheath blight as Jinggangmycin,more than 90%.The micro-examination showed that the inhibited hypha of T.cucumeris appeared deformity and lost infectious capacity.In conclusion,the indoor toxicity of CE was stronger than that of Jinggangmycin,and the field control efficacy was the same.
