血乳酸及乳酸清除率测定对危重病患者预后评估的价值 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨血乳酸水平及乳酸清除率与危重病患者预后的相关性。方法采用干化学方法对102例危重病患者进行血乳酸测定和乳酸清除率计算,结合临床资料,分析患者血乳酸浓度及乳酸清除率与疾病预后的关系。结果血乳酸水平越高,患者预后越差,APACHEⅡ评分和死亡率呈升高趋势(P<0.05)。24h乳酸清除率较低的患者住院病死率高于高清除率患者(P<0.05)。结论血乳酸及乳酸清除率可作为危重病患者病情监测和预后评价的指标。
