摘要
针对目前洛阳城市发展暴露出来的问题,分析导致问题出现的根源;提出运用新的规划理念和方法引导城市的有序建设的必要性;探讨了新规划理念和方法的具体内容;并结合具体情况,对洛阳城市的建设规划做出了改善性建议.
aiming at the problem of current development of Luoyang city, the root cause problems are analyzed; applying the new planning concept and method to guide the city＇s orderly construction necessity is proposed; the new planning concepts and methods of the specific content are discussed; and combining with the specific circumstances, the improvement suggestions to Luoyang city construction planning are taken.
