摘要
对外电力建设总承包印度卡玛朗加火电厂工程，其中电气调试涉及到的技术难度大，专业性强的特殊试验项目，根据国标、多年积累的试运行经验、电厂主变压器由国内供货，以及现场缺少相关试验设备的实际情况，提出简化部分电气特殊试验项目，经过沟通协商，得到业主认可，促进了工程进度，降低了费用，并且采取切实有效的手段保证了工程质量。
India Kamalanga Thermal Power Plant is the project under EPC contract. There are special test items with more difficulty and professional requirements involved in the electric commissioning. Based on the fact that the main transformer is provided by offshore supply and the shortage of relevant test equipment at site, we forward the idea of simplify partial electrical special test items according to the international trail running experiences accumulated. The idea has been approved by the owner after negotiation, which has improved the construction progress, reduced the cost and guaranteed the quality of project by practical and effective means.
