摘要
传统的电机软启动器通过使用晶闸管调压技术解决了电机直接启动时电流过大的问题,但同时造成电机的启动转矩大大降低,无法重载启动。随着离散变频软启动技术的应用,提高了电机的启动转矩,取得了较好的启动性能;但软启动在使用过程中会产生大量的谐波,对设备的稳定运行和电网质量造成不良影响。将离散变频软启动技术和有源电力滤波技术相融合,可构造具有滤波功能的软启动器。经过仿真验证,这种软启动控制方案在实现电机重载启动的同时又削弱了网侧谐波成分,改善了电能质量。
Through regulating voltage,the traditional soft starter gives a good solution to the large starting current when motor starts directly. But this method restrains starting torque at the same time, and the motor can't start with heavy load, now this problem is solved by the discrete frequency-control technology. However, plenty of harmonic is generated during soft starting, which is harmful to the equipment operation and grid quality. In this paper a new soft starter with filtering function is recommended by combining soft starter with active power filter. The simulation has shown that this soft starter can decrease harmonic content and improve the quality of power grid.
