基于道路模拟振动试验的动力蓄电池振动分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用傅里变换对某燃料电池车用动力蓄电池道路模拟振动试验数据作频域处理,求出其在路面不平度输入下的响应特征频率,并计算各特征频率下的振动传递率用于分析蓄电池连接结构的隔振能力.同时,通过对比不同特征频率下的传递率估计蓄电池系统固有频率.最后总结蓄电池系统的固有频率、路面不平度激励下的振动特征频率及隔振能力,为蓄电池疲劳破坏研究及系统结构优化设计提供参考. The FFT transform method was used to process the test data of laboratory road simulation vibration of a fuel cell vehicle power battery in frequency domain processing, the response frequencies characteristics on the conditions of road roughness excitation were get, and the vibration transmissibility at each characteristic frequency was worked out to analyze the vibration isolation ability of battei3~ connection structure. The battery natural frequency was estimated by comparing the vibration transmissibility at different characteristic frequencies. Finally, natural frequency, characteristic frequency under road vibration conditions and vibration isolation ability were summarized to provide reference in the study of battery structure fatigue failure and system architecture opti- mization design.
