摘要
为了有利于高等院校家庭经济困难大学生正确处理个人与他人、与社会、与国家的关系,提高经济困难学生教育管理工作的有效性,论文通过对云南农业大学相关家庭经济困难大学生与非家庭经济困难大学生卡特尔16PF测量结果的对比分析,归纳出家庭经济困难大学生的个性特点,提出了相应的教育管理对策。
In order to help colleges and university students of poor families to correctly handle relationship between the individual, others, the society, and the state, to improve the effectiveness of educa- tional management work, this paper analyzed measurement results of Cattell 16PF about college and u- niversity students of poor-non poor families, comparatively, at last summarized the personality charac- teristics of the college students of family economic difficulties and put forward the corresponding coun- termeasures of education management.
