摘要
目的:探讨局部瘢痕疙瘩和尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄的相关性及处理方法。方法:调查2008～2012年26例尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄病人再造的尿道是否出现局部瘢痕疙瘩及相应治疗。结果:26例病人中再造的尿道有程度不等的瘢痕疙瘩者16例,未达到瘢痕疙瘩诊断标准的10例,表达率为61.54%。结论:尿道下裂术后尿道狭窄的病例中再造尿道和局部瘢痕疙瘩有较高的相关性,治疗上需要改进术式避免术后再次狭窄。
Objective To explore local keloids and urethral stricture and correlation processing method. Methods Survey from 2008 to 2012 26 cases of urethral stricture urethral whether patient reconstruction local keloids and corresponding treatment. Results Of the 26 patients, reconstruction of the urethra with varying degrees of keloids in 16 cases,does not meet the criteria for the diagnosis of 10 cases of keloid, expression rate of 61.54%. Conclusion Urethral stricture cases urethra reconstruction and local keloids have higher correlations, treatment needs improvement technique to avoid postoperative re-stenosis.
