摘要
分别采用了半定量评估法和定性风险图表法对天然气脱水装置所需安全仪表系统的完整性等级进行了评估,2种方法均判定该系统所需安全完整性等级为SIL1,通过对比发现定性风险图表法流程简单,准确高效,可在石油石化装置的安全仪表系统等级评估中广泛使用。
Assesses the integrity level of safety instrument system required for natural gas dehydration plant by using semi-quantitative assessment method and qualitative risk chart method, which judge the system safety integrity level is SILl. By comparison it is found that the process of simple qualitative risk chart method is simple, accurate and efficient, and can be widely used in the level assessment of safety instrument system in petroleum and petrochemical plant.
