摘要
对压水堆核电站常规岛管道用原材料钢板在两种冶炼方式(电炉冶炼+炉外精炼+真空脱气;转炉冶炼+炉外精练+真空脱气)下的化学成分、力学性能进行了对比分析。提出电炉冶炼及转炉冶炼均为初炼,后续的炉外精炼、真空脱气等工艺手段才是保证产品质量的关键的观点,两种冶炼方法生产的钢坯质量相当。
The chemical components and mechanical properties of the pipeline steel plate used in PWR nuclear power plants smelted by two methods (electric furnace + secondary refining + vacuum degassing; converter + secondary refining + vacuum degassing) were analyzed and studied. The opinion that whether electric furnace or converter just only take as a primary smelting, while secondary refining and vacuum degassing are the key to ensure the quality of products was put forward. The quality of steel is the same through two process routes.
