摘要
通过比较国外与国内信息素养教育的发展情况,分析出中国公共图书馆开展公民信息素养教育存在培训对象单一、手段单一和内容单一等问题,结合工作经验,笔者提出了公共图书馆开展公民信息素养教育培训应该分人群、多形式、有重点的对策,以期提升培训的实际效果。
Through the companson of domestic and foreign information literacy education, we found the training object, means and contents of single in the civil information literacy at home. In order to improve the actual effect of train- ing, the author puts forward the public library development of civic information literacy education should be divid- ed into the crowd, in various forms, with key countermeasure.
