摘要
随着两岸经济与教育交流合作的日趋紧密,闽台高等职业教育合作成为近年来两地高等职业教育发展的新契机。台湾是亚太地区高等职业技术教育发展成功且制度完善的代表,但在少子化和专科萎缩等问题下需面对未来生源不足的问题。而闽南地区高职教育存在的问题,严重制约了其可持续发展。本文通过分析闽南与台湾两地高等职业教育的现况,研究认为两岸高职院校的合作办学还处于初步探索的状态,但前景是广阔的,唯有把握时机、寻找先机,方可共创两岸高职教育的多赢发展。
With the increasingly close of the cross-strait economic and educational exchanges and cooperation, the cooperation of higher vocational education between Southern Fujian and Taiwan has become a new opportunity for the development of higher vocational education in recent years. Taiwan is on behalf of the successful development and well system of vocational and technical education in the Asia-Pacific region; however, it is facing the lack of students in the declining birthrate and junior college atrophy. The problems in the southern Fujian of vocational ed- ucation seriously hamper its sustainable development. The study analyses the current situation of vocational colleges in the southern Fujian and Taiwan and provide the feasibility and necessity of cooperation as well as suggestions in order to increase the complementary cooperation between two sides, which may create a win-win situation.
