摘要
在福建地区,桩的承载力试验长期以来一直采用以传统静载荷试验为主高应变法检测为辅的形式。传统的静载荷试验费用高、工期长,且受制于大吨位和复杂场地情况。高应变试验快捷经济但检测质量与试验人员的经验和素质密切相关。本文概述了自平衡法的测试原理,结合工程实践,通过与抗压静载荷试验以及高应变法的综合比对分析,自平衡法测试技术在福建地区PHC管桩测试中取得了良好的试验效果。
In Fujian province, testing method of pile bearing capacity had long been exhibited as the form of relying mainly on traditional static load test supplemented by high strain dynamic test. Traditional static load test has the defect of high cost and long construction peri- od, and it was restrained by heavy load and complex field conditions. While the high strain dynamic test in a quicker and economic way, the testing result was closely aligned with operators" professional knowledge and personal experience. This paper has outlined the testing principle of Self - Balancing Method, combined with the engineering practice, verified and contrastively analyzed by traditional compressive static load test and high strain dynamic test, good test effect has been achieved in PHC pipe piles'testing in Fujian.
