摘要
介绍了用化学混凝沉降法处理高浓度有机废水的厌氧出水的试验研究。通过试验选择最佳絮凝剂及其使用的工艺条件。结果表明 ,使用该所研制的 KN— 絮凝剂处理厌氧出水 ,絮凝剂的用量、费用最低 ,COD去除率达到 86%以上 ,SS去除率达到 90 %以上 ,最终出水达到国家排放标准。并且产生的絮状物沉降性能好 ,容易从水中分离出来。此工艺的特点是高浓度有机废水经过厌氧处理后直接进行化学混凝 ,省去了好氧处理 ,处理工艺更加简单 ,运行费用大大降低 ,在工业水处理中具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper introduces experimental researches on the treatment of anaerobic effluent of highly concentrated organic wasterwater by coagulator—floculation process. The optimal coagulator and optimal processing conditions are determined by experiments. The results show that the dosage and cost of their triturated cogulator are the lowest, COD removal rate is over 86%, SS removal rate is over 90%,and the end effluent meets the discharge standard.The floc formed has better sedimentation property, and easily be separated from water.After the highly concentrated organic wastewater having been treated by anaerobic treatment,the chemical coagulation can be carried through directly.The aerobic treatment is omitted.This makes the technique simpler and the cost lower.
