摘要
为探索杠板归规范化种植过程中搭架对其生育期、长势、产量及质量等的影响,对具有相同条件下的杠板归进行不搭架、搭散架、搭斜架、搭平架4种方式处理。观测记录不同处理方式的杠板归生育期和单株生长生物指标,检测不同处理方式的药材产量及有效成分。结果表明:不同搭架处理对杠板归生育期影响不明显,对药材槲皮素含量及产量有较大影响。杠板归药材种植中散架或平架为其理想的搭架方式。
Four frame modes were tested in standardized planting of P. perfoliatum to study the effects of different frame modes on growth period, growth vigor, yield and quality of P. per.foliaturn. The results showed that four tested frame modes had no significant effect on the growth period but significant effects on the meletin content and yield. In conclusion, the apart frame and flat frame modes can be used in standardized planting of P. perfoliatum.
