摘要
至2006年,国务院设立大中型水库移民后期扶持基金以来,后期扶持工作取得了良好效果。随着经济社会的发展,后期扶持工作也面临一些新形势、新情况、新问题。为做好新时期移民工作,对2012～2026年全国大中型水库移民后期扶持基金征收趋势进行了研究,据此建议提高后期扶持补助标准,并对结余资金的使用方向提出建议。
Since establishment of supporting funds by State Council for resettlement of later - emigrant stage of large and medi- um - sized reservoirs in 2006, the supporting work accomplished good effort. With the development of economy and society, the supporting work is facing the new situation and new problems. In order to do well in resettlement work, the levy trend of support- ing funds of later - emigrant stage of large and medium - sized reservoirs in China from 2012 to 2016 are studied. It is proposed that the supporting standard in the later - emigrant stage should be increased, and the suggestions of using the surplus funds are also put forward.
