摘要
介绍了一种黄河专用柳稍、块石、铅丝石笼等黄河抢险常用材料抓抛多功能机。利用Ansys软件对抓抛一体机铲斗和扶抓在受最大应力的危险工况下进行了有限元强度分析和模态分析,得出其主要振型。结果表明,新开发的多功能抓抛一体机强度足够,能够满足现代防汛抢险的需要。
The paper introduces a multi-function grabbing & throwing machine for common materials specially used in Yellow River rescue activities such as willow, rock block, and lead wire cage, etc. The Ansys software is adopted for finite element strength analysis and modal analysis on the grab bucket and accessorial claw of multi-function grabbing &throwing machine under the dangerous conditions, in order to figure out the main modes of vibration. The result shows that the new- developed multi-function grabbing &throwing machine is of sufficient strength, meeting the need of modem flood fighting.
