摘要
目的了解临床护士鼻饲给药认知与护理现状,为有针对性地提高鼻饲给药护理质量提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,2012年3—4月采取便利取样的方法对某院4个病区和3个专科监护室工作的83名护士进行问卷调查,内容包括护士对鼻饲药物认知情况,临床中鼻饲给药护理现状及影响因素,临床护士自评鼻饲药物相关知识掌握情况及培训需求。结果临床护士对于分类鼻饲给药持不甚赞同的态度。目前临床上鼻饲给药操作不规范,仅有34%护士能够做到分类研磨溶解药物,有19%做到喂药前后温水冲管、分类鼻饲药物;主要影响因素是工作太忙,没有时间和缺乏这方面的培训。96%的护士认为有必要进行鼻饲给药方面的培训。结论临床护士对鼻饲给药缺乏正确的认识,目前临床上鼻饲给药操作不规范,并受诸多因素的影响。提示应认清主要影响因素,采取专题讲座和小组讨论的形式进行药学理论知识培训,完善鼻饲给药操作流程和管理流程,通过鼻饲给药操作示范与考核加大培训力度,科学测算人力需求,研发新型药物,以提高鼻饲给药护理质量。
Objective To understand the status of nasal feeding medicine among clinical nurses, and to explore the nursing care strategy. Methods A questionnaire was adopted to investigate the status and the influence factors of nasal feeding medicine among 83 clinical nurses in a hospital in Beijing from March to April 2012. Results The correct nasal feeding medicine among clinical nurses is low. The operation of nasal feeding medicine was not standard. Only 34% nurse could grind and dissolve medicine respectively, only 19% nurse could feed medicine respectively and flush tube. The sequence of the major influence factors were heavy workload, insufficiency training, unaware of the harm, lack of standard operating guidance. Most of them wanted to have the chance of education. Conclusion The clinical nurses lack the overall understanding of the importance of nasal feeding medicine. The operation of nasal feeding medicine was not standard. The status and cognition was influenced by many factors. It was necessary to attach more attention to the major influential factors and take some effective measures such as, offer training and lay standard operating demonstration, sufficiency human resource, research and development new drug so as to improve the nursing quality of nasal feeding medicine.
